We offer SHIPPING INSURANCE. We put a lot of love into our king cakes and want you to enjoy every bite! Once the king cake leaves the bakery it is in the hands of FedEx. Unfortunately, the package is not guaranteed through FedEx on our part or yours. When there is an issue due to weather or mishandling we want to help in every way we can.

Introducing our insurance plan. This is a guarantee your package will be replaced. If there are any weather delays, mishandling, or any issues that occur, we will send you another king cake or issue a refund.

If you choose to decline the insurance, we will not be able to send a replacement or provide a refund for any reason. You can file a claim through FedEx if you choose but FedEx no longer guarantees packages.
